     Clement Wright was born in 1868 at England. He immigrated with his parents Henry Wright and Emma Lowe on 25 September 1869 at Brisbane, Queensland; They had departed Plymouth on the 2nd July aboard the "Royal Dane" and arrived in Brisbane 25th September. By 1972 they had continued forward to Melbourne.¹

     James Brown Kilpatrick was born in 1875 at Eaglehawk, Bendigo, Victoria.¹

     Alfred Edward Hayes was born on 13 November 1916 at Rooty Hill, Sydney.²
Alfred Edward Hayes married Roma Phyllis Gill, daughter of Howard Augustus Gill and Daisy Johnson, on 31 July 1943 at St Paul's Church, Harris Park, Sydney, New South Wales. At the time of her wedding Roma was registered as living at Flat4, 47 Ackland Street St KIlda, Victoria and was, at that time a Tram Conductress. Alfred at that time was with R.A.A.F..^1,3

     Thomas William Coombs Shapcott (Snr) was born in 1868 at Bristol, England.^1,3 Thomas William Coombs Shapcott (Snr) was also known as Mate by the family.
Thomas William Coombs Shapcott (Snr) married Ann Elizabeth Davies in 1886 at England. This is the approximate date listed on his Death Certificate which is usually only as good a family memory goes.^1,3 Thomas appeared to have first emmigrated to Australia in 1911. This should give us a good clue but is only a family remembered date and further details should be sought.² Thomas and Ann arrived on 9 October 1923. Aboard the ship "Jervis Bay". They were contracted, by their ticket number 640, to land in Melbourne. Thomas was listed as a decorator and she a "wife". Of note is there last listed address in the United Kingdom; being 92 Stackpool Road. Not surprisingly this is in Bristol [92 Stackpool Rd, Bristol, BS3 1NW, UK]. The Australian electoral roll of 1942 has Thomas listed as living at 63 Rowena Parade, Richmond, Victoria. Thomas had a listed occupation of decorator.

Thomas died from both Myocarditis which he had been suffering from for only months and Prostatitis and Cystitis which he had had for a number of years. He was seen by his doctor, Dr J. Davies that same day. At the time of his death he had a listed occupation of Painter.^1,2 His was cremated on 21 January 1947 at Springvale Crematorium, Melbourne.²

     Ann Elizabeth Davies was also known as Annie During her life she is also quoted or refered to as "Elizabeth Ann". She was born on 14 August 1865 at Portishead, Somerset, England.^1,2

Ann Elizabeth Davies died on 29 June 1938 at Richmond, Victoria, at age 72. She was 72 years of age.^1,5

     Alfred James Coombs Shapcott was born circa 1845 at Bristol, England.² Alfred was the son of Ann Shapcott, born out of wedlock. Hence he was called Alfred James Shapcott. Later she married Samuel Coombs and Alfred "adopted" the name of his adoptive father and called himself Alfred James Coombs-Shapcott. Henceforth confusion has reined supreme with some surnames as Coombs-Shapcott, others as Shapcott with Coombs in the given names and others as just Shapcott.
For the sake of this reaserch I have tended to use Shapcott as the Surname and Coombs as a given name unless legal documents quote differently.²

Alfred James Coombs Shapcott died on 7 September 1898 at 8 Royal York Cres, Bristol, England. He was engaged at the time paining this house "when the ladder suddenly broke and he fell from the third story into the area, adistance of something like a hundred feet. The poor fellow was picked up in an uncoscious state, and he died before medical aid could be obtained. The body was taken to the deceased's residence, where it awaits an inquest." He resided at 19 Dowry Parade, Hotwells.

Eliza Jane Waite married Alfred James Coombs Shapcott circa 1866 at Bristol, England.¹ Her married name was Shapcott.¹
Eliza Jane Waite died on 6 October 1936 at "Strathmore", Worle, Western-super-Mare, Somerset, England. This was noted in the local paperand reads: SHAPCOTT - October 6 at "Strathmore", Worle, Weston-super-Mare, Eiza Jane, widow of Alfred James Shapcott in her 88th year.²

     Charles Shapcott was also known as Charles Coombs Shapcott.² He was born in 1890 at Bristol, England.^1,2
Charles Shapcott died in 1941 at Richmond, Victoria. He was aged 51 years.²

     Nora Shapcott was born circa 1892 at Bristol, Gloucestershire, England.^1,2 Nora Shapcott was also known as Nora Vaughan Coombs Shapcott.² According to Christine Elliott (Shapcott) Norah died early but not sure of when or where.³ The Australian electoral roll of 1942 has Nora listed as living at 63 Rowena Parade, Richmond, Victoria. Nora had a listed occupation of tobacco worker.
Nora Shapcott died in 1947 at Richmond, Victoria. She was listed as being only 56 yeas old.²

     Amelia Coombs Shapcott was born circa 1894.¹ Amelia Coombs Shapcott was also known as Millie. As of 1922,her married name was Williams.³
Millie died on 10 June 1977 at Burwood, Melbourne. She died as Ives. Have I mixed up her marriage or did she remarry after her first husbands death???^4,5 Her estate was probated on 28 July 1977; Her File No: is 826/124 and Reference: VPRS 28/P8, Unit 276.

     Leonard Coombs Shapcott was born circa 1903 at Bristol, England.^1,2
Leonard Coombs Shapcott died on 12 February 1942 at Frankston, Victoria. He died at an early 39 years.² He was buried at Frankston Cemetery, 63 Cranbourne Road, Frankston, Victoria. According to an e-mail from Frankston City Council dated 21/10/2019:
"Leonard Shapcott is buried in gravesite 771, Row A0011, X-Methodist, Area Code 3 at Frankston Memorial Park."
