James Alexander Crow married Jane Valentine, daughter of Margaret Trivendale, on 17 August 1822 at Fordoun, Kincardine, Scotland.
James Alexander Crow died before 10 December 1864.¹

     Tailor, later a farmer at Forden. He was baptized on 31 March 1802 at Fordoun, Kincardine, Scotland. Fordoun Parish No 259/1 Frame 665:
31st March 1802 Alexander Crow subtenant in West Carnbeg has his son John baptised. Witnesses of the baptism were David Harris subtenant there and John Harris subtenant in Odmentor (Odmoston?).. John was born on 31 March 1802 at Fordoun, Kincardine, Scotland.
He married Margaret Balfour on 10 November 1827 at Fordoun, Kincardine, Scotland.

     No issue? Alexander was born on 25 October 1824 at Fordoun, Kincardine, Scotland.
He married Mary Soutter on 29 June 1852.
Alexander Crow died in 1912.¹

     Jean Crow was baptized on 20 March 1823 at Fordoun, Kincardine, Scotland. Jean was born on 30 May 1823.
Jean died on 18 July 1840 at age 17.

     James was born on circa 1832 at Kirkendbright, Scotland. James was a Farmer. She married James Mc George on on 12 April 1861 at Tweddle Road at Green Valley Farm, Cabbage Tree, Victoria.

     John Mc George was born.

     He was a witness at James Mc George and Isabella Crow's wedding on 12 April 1861 at Green Valley Farm, Tweddle Road, Cabbage Tree, Victoria. Joseph was born BDM REG 2629 in 1864 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     Note the spelling INGLIS. This may be the scource of the given names INGLES in the children of Jessie Crow and Joseph Gamble. This need further checking. Caroline was born in 1830 at Newcastleton, Roxburghshire, Scotland. She married Francis Crow in on 9 January 1855 at Chalmers Church, East Melbourne, Victoria. At the time of their marriage both Francis and Caroline lived at Emerald Hill. Frank was a Brassfounder at this time.. The Australian electoral roll of 1903 has Caroline and Francis listed as living at "Montrose", Westgarth Street, Fairfield, Victoria. Caroline had a listed occupation of home duties. and he of independent means. Also listed here is their daughter Isabel who also lists as home duties.
This continues through to the 1912 Electoral Roll where there are two additions of John Meek Crow a carpenter and Mary Ann with home duties.. Caroline died on on 21 December 1913 in at Westgarth Street of senile decay at age at an unknown age . Her death certificate also shows that she had been treated for "vascular disease of the heart for many years".. Her body was interred on 23 December 1913 at Heidelberg, Victoria.

     James was born BDM REG 19731 in 1861 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     Her was commonly known as Jeanie. Jane was born in 1857 at Sandhurst, Victoria. Jane was a Dressmaker.
She married John Still Haines on 23 April 1883 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     Her was commonly known as Bella. Isabella was born in 1860 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     Her was commonly known as Carrie. Caroline was born on circa 17 July 1869 at Gisborne, Victoria. Caroline was employed as a shop assistant at Warrnambool, Victoria. Caroline died on on 15 December 1907 in at a Private Hospital, Princess St, Warrnambool, Victoria, from a Carcinoma of the Bile Duct at age at an unknown age . Her body was interred on 17 December 1907 at local cemetery, Heidelberg, Victoria.

     Adam was born BDM REG 22019 in 1867 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     John was born BDM REG 16483 in 1872 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     George was born in 1863 at Gisborne, Victoria. George was employed as a Storekeeper in in 1907. He witnessed Caroline Inglis Crow's death on 15 December 1907 at a Private Hospital, Princess St, Warrnambool, Victoria. He resided at, at in Woodford, (near Warrnambool), Victoria, on on 15 December 1907.

     Robert was born BDM REG 2888 in 1877 at Gisborne, Victoria.

     James was born BDM REG 6140 in 1856.
James died in 1857 at age at an unknown age .

     Elizabeth Kerr was born circa 1842 at Beith, Scotland.
She married James Crow on 15 March 1859 at Congregational Church, Richmond, Victoria.¹ As of 15 March 1859,her married name was Crow.¹
